Context : we are in a fight club (as the movie) named Heels4kicks. Every week, there are underground fights.

Today is the fight between Tiffany and Rob.

Tiffany was beaten just before and according to the rules of the fight club, the winner is authorized to make whatever he wants with the loser during one hour.

The video takes place immediately after Tiffany’s defeat. Rob really wants to punish her and tied her to a table to push her head under the water her. The sequence with the table and water will last 2-3 minutes. Rob will put her head under water as the « Water phase » and then put out her head just before she is KOed as the « Rest phase ». During the 10 seconds of rest moment, Rob will trashtalk her and put just after her head back to the water. Sometimes, he will also punch her belly very badly while her head is under water as the « belly punch phase ». During these 2-3  minutes, these 3 phases alternate and will end with Tiffany KOed as the picture « KOed phase » 

Then, there is a black screen and we see Rob drag Tiffany on the ground by a belt wrapping her neck and once in the center of the room, Rob tells her « know the moment I break you » Rob will destroy Tiffany with the same order of the moves but I would give precision for several moves :

1 : same move but Rob will press Tiffany's neck with the belt instead of holding her throat with hand

2 : Exactly the same move as the video. Please note that Rob has to make the move with Tiffany arms trapped in the bearhug exactly as the move.

Still same kind move, Rob will release Tiffany who will still be on her feet but very dizzy and this time, Rob will make the bearhug but reverse with his belly against her back with still her arms trapped in the bearhug. We really see his strength here.

4 : exactly as the video and will try to bend Tiffany as 4-B to the maximum until put her head to a bucket of water that will be placed next to Rob’s knee to push her under the water her even more

10 : exactly a the video, Rob really to break her and for the last seconds of the video, he will bend her on his knee as the move 4 to push her under the water her definitively. Then, still with Tiffany bended on his knee and her head in the bucket of water (but her head floating in the bucket and not her head under water), Rob will flex his arms and the video ends here
