PROLOGUE

TOM is sitting on the couch.

He’s wearing a shirt and pants and looking at his cell phone. NAOMI, dressed in gym clothes, appears and stands in front of him. TOM looks at her.

NAOMI tells him that TOM humiliated her during wrestling class; she wants a rematch, but on her terms.

TOM isn't impressed; he's already beaten and humiliated her. He asks her what the rules of the fight are.

NOAMI: The fight is five rounds. Whoever wins three of the five rounds wins the fight. You can only win by knockout. All holds are allowed.

TOM likes that. He's cocky and confident.

TOM says they can start. NAOMI stops him; she has to get dressed for the fight. She starts undressing, revealing a sexy bikini. TOM is surprised—he didn’t expect the fight to take place in minimal attire—but he’s not complaining; NAOMI is sexy, and he’s going to enjoy the view. He looks at her with desire. NAOMI tells him that he has to undress too. TOM unbuttons his shirt, then takes off his pants. Both are completely barefoot.

ROUND ONE

NAOMI and TOM grapple with each other. BUT TOM is stronger and faster than NAOMI.

He grabs her around the waist and puts her in a BEARHUG.

Important: NAOMI’s feet are pointed (include a shot of her feet in one or two camera angles).

TOM squeezes and crushes NAOMI’s back. She is in a lot of pain. TOM taunts her, telling her she’s easy prey.

NAOMI is losing strength... Sleep is overtaking her…

Just as she’s about to fall asleep, NAOMI GETS A SURGE OF ENERGY...

She slaps both hands against TOM’s head. He lets go, dazed. NAOMI steps back a little, positions herself She flips upside down onto her hands, wrapping her legs around

TOM's head. TOM is trapped. NAOMI flips him forward, and TOM tumbles and falls to the ground on his back.

NAOMI is quick. She quickly locks him in a

HEADSCISSOR.

TOM realizes too late that he’s going to lose. She tries to break free, flailing her arms. NAOMI squeezes her thighs.

NAOMI keeps repeating, “ GO TO SLEEP ! IT’S TOO LATE! GO TO SLEEP !”

His movements are getting slower and slower. Then, all of a sudden, he has a twitch, his arms fall to the ground... HE'S OUT.

NAOMI grabs TOM’s arm, lifts it into the air, holds it there for a moment (a few seconds), lets go, and the arm drops... The knockout is

ROUND TWO

The two face off.

NAOMI points out that she’s leading by one win.

TOM isn’t happy about losing. He says NAOMI got lucky.

The two start grappling. Once again, TOM is stronger; he throws NAOMI to the ground. On the ground, both try to pin the other in a hold. TOM is the one who succeeds.

He puts NAOMI in a SPECIAL CAMEL CLUTCH (see image).

NAOMI is lifted off the ground. Her feet are pointed and visible in the camera shot. NAOMI is in a lot of pain; TOM is delighted. TOM applies strong pressure, pulling NAOMI’s chin.

NAOMI begins to lose consciousness; her eyes roll back, her mouth opens slightly...

NAOMI's arms drop... SHE'S OUT. TOM releases his grip and lets NAOMI fall onto her stomach. Surprisingly, NAOMI’s pointed feet remain in the air. TOM brings his nose close to smell; he likes the scent. TOM says he’s going to confirm the knockout with that pretty foot.

He grabs the tip of her foot, lifts it into the air, holds it there for a moment, and lets go; the foot falls... The KO is confirmed.

TOM has won the second round

TOM sits on NAOMI’s back for a victory pose; he grabs NAOMI’s hair with one hand to lift her head up (like a trophy) and flexes his biceps with his other arm.

CUT. BLACK.

ROUND THREE

NAOMI and TOM face each other. TOM is proud; he won the last round. He reminds her: it’s 1–1. NAOMI tells him it’s not over yet. The two clash, but TOM lands some solid punches to NAOMI’s belly. She's out of breath.

TOM raises his hand in the air, in a claw position.

TOM GRABS NAOMI'S FOREHEAD and squeezes it in an IRON CLAW 

NAOMI is in immediate pain; she tries to break free, but TOM

squeezes powerfully.

IMPORTANT: TOM’s hand is high; it doesn’t cover NAOMI’s

face. Make sure her hair doesn’t cover it either. Position the camera so the hold and NAOMI’s suffering are clearly visible.

NAOMI is getting tired. She falls to her knees.

Her movements slow down. She is overcome.

NAOMI sits back on her heels (while kneeling).

TOM tightens his grip; NAOMI arches her back and lies flat on her back, her legs tucked under her, the soles of her feet pointing toward the ceiling (good view of the feet.)

TOM follows her to the ground and keeps squeezing until NAOMI passes out

TOM grabs

NAOMI’s arm, lifts it into the air, holds it there for a moment (a few seconds), lets go, and the arm drops... The knockout is confirmed. TOM has won the third round!!!

TOM releases his hold. TOM strikes a victory pose and flexes his muscles.

CUT. BLACK.

ROUND FOUR

TOM and NAOMI are facing each other. TOM is very proud of himself, very cocky.

He signals to NAOMI that he’s in the lead, that he has two wins and she has only one.

He says he just needs one more win to take the match. Another easy win.

He gets into fighting stance.

TOM tries to punch NAOMI, but she dodges his blows.

She lands a series of kicks to his face. With each kick, TOM steps back.

After the last kick, TOM falls backward and lands sitting on the gym's couch.

He's a little dazed. NAOMI takes advantage of this to climb on top of him. She lands a series of punches to his face to stun him even further.

TOM is dazed. NAOMI raises her hand, hooks her fingers (the middle three fingers), and gently pushes her fingers into TOM’s mouth for a MANDIBLE CLAW.

The hooked fingers rest under TOM’s tongue.

TOM fights back. He tries to push NAOMI’s hand away.

NAOMI pushes her fingers in, increasing the pressure.

Slowly, TOM loses his strength... His arms drop...

NAOMI: “That’s it, take a nap, big boy.”

TOM has one last spurt of energy, one last burst of strength, but no... Too little, too late... TOM's eyes roll back... TOM is out.

NAOMI keeps holding the hold.

She reaches out to take TOM's arm.

NAOMI grabs TOM’s arm, lifts it into the air, holds it there for a moment (a few seconds), lets go, and the arm drops... The knockout is confirmed.

Naomi has won the fourth round!!!

NAOMI is really proud. She sits on the sofa, raises her pointed feet in the air, and strokes TOM’s chest with them. She brings her feet up toward TOM’s face and rests them there in a VICTORY POSE.

BONUS: NAOMI can slip the tips of her toes into TOM's mouth.

FINAL ROUND

NAOMI and TOM face off.

TOM is upset about his last loss. NAOMI reminds him that the score is tied. 2-2. The next round will determine the winner.

TOM insists that there’s no way NAOMI can win this final round.

NAOMI is about to retort, but TOM catches her off guard with a punch to the stomach. It takes her breath away.

TOM grabs her hair.

TOM: “Let’s finish this with a classic neckhold.”

TOM positions himself behind her and applies a neckhold...

NAOMI fights the hold... After several attempts, she manages to slip behind him, reverses the hold, and applies a neckhold of her own...

TOM manages to REVERSE IT AGAIN...

ONLY TO BE REVERSE AGAIN AND SUFFER THE neckhold

(A series of hold reversals)

NAOMI: “Okay. This one’s the real one, you won’t be able to escape...”

IMPORTANT:

YOU MUST GIVE ME THE BEST SLEEPERHOLD YOU CAN (ESPECIALLY FOR A K.O. FAN).

⦁ TOM must fight back the whole time—waving

his arms in the air for help...

⦁ TOM talks to himself: “Come on, don’t fall asleep… I’m not going to fall asleep… Come on, you’re not going to lose to a sleeper… Never…”

⦁ NAOMI talks to him: “Fall asleep, that’s it, take a nap…”

⦁ TOM slowly slides to the ground... Lying down more and more... (See photos)

⦁ TOM really has to act like sleep is getting the better of him...

IN THE END, TOM is really almost asleep... HIS ARMS FALL TO THE GROUND. HIS

MOUTH IS HALF-OPEN...

NAOMI KNOWS SHE'S WON...

She takes hold of TOM's head as he sleeps, his mouth slightly open (see photo).

NAOMI to TOM: “Oh no, if you're going to lose, handsome, it's

going to be in a much more humiliating way.” NAOMI lays TOM on his back.

She positions herself next to him. She lifts her pointed feet (pressed together—see photo).

NAOMI: “You’re going to be knocked out by my pretty little feet.” NAOMI places her feet on TOM’s face. FOOTSMOTHER.

(FOCUS ON THE SOLE OF THE FOOT, MAXIMUM WRINKLE) CLOSE-UPS (see photos)

TOM stirs slightly, his arms flailing in the air... But he’s too weak; we can hear him breathing under NAOMI’s feet...

HIS ARMS FALL, HE TWITCHES A LITTLE... THEN LIES STILL... TOM is OUT.

Finally, NAOMI kneels down, grabs TOM’s hand, lifts it (holding it in the air for a moment—as if to build suspense), and lets go. The arm falls.

NAOMI IS THE BIG WINNER OF THE FIGHT.

NAOMI: “I won. Let’s do this again whenever you want.”

She stands up for one last victory pose. Her foot is on TOM’s face. NAOMI flexes her biceps.

NAOMI : «“I want you to really TASTE the defeat.

NAOMI positions herself above TOM. She lifts her pointed foot and pushes the tips of her toes into TOM's mouth.

NAOMI slowly pulls her toes away. She leaves.

Final shot of TOM, asleep, humiliated, his mouth slightly open.
