Second part of the video "The Hard Beatdown of Naomi's Stomach."

Naomi wakes up after the beating she received in the previous video. Upon waking, she finds herself face to face with a man who tells her they call him "the sadist."

Naomi laughs and approaches him, slaps her stomach, and tells him to show her what he knows. The man punches her hard in the stomach, and Naomi falls to her knees coughing. Before she can recover, the man kicks her in the stomach. Naomi falls to the ground, and the man kicks her several more times in the stomach.

Naomi gets up laughing, despite the pain. She says, "If this is all you know how to do," then turns her face to the wall and tells him to hit her in the ribs, while she touches her kidneys. The angry man approaches and begins punching her in the ribs and kidneys (same video Naomi manages to stop her stomach punishment), on both sides. Naomi screams in pain, yelling, "More, harder!" The man delivers several blows to her back, and Naomi falls to the ground.

Then he gets up and unbuttons his shirt from the middle down, revealing his body.

We see her stomach, ribs, and kidneys covered in bruises. The man grabs her hair and punches her five times in quick succession in the liver area. Naomi vomits red liquid, and the man delivers several knee strikes to her abdomen.

"Have you had enough?" Naomi struggles to her feet, leans against the wall, and raises her arms. We see her ribs and abdomen protruding. She tells him to hit her until she's Koed. The man approaches and begins punching her in the stomach, kidneys, and ribs while Naomi screams until she loses consciousness.

The man then takes off her shirt and leaves it lying there.
