Tiffany works as a secretary at a judo gym but discovers that the sensei treats his female students with disrespect and humiliation. Determined to stop him, she confronts him in the empty dojo. Despite him being an experienced black belt, Tiffany dominates with precision, speed, and control, making him submit.

A month later, the sensei returns with two skilled friends, seeking revenge. Even in a three-on-one fight, Tiffany stays in control, using skill, strategy, and psychological pressure. Relentless, she defeats them all, proving that ego and arrogance mean nothing without respect.

In the end, Tiffany sets new rules in the gym.
