Throughout the video, Selena brags about herself while also talking all kinds of trash and humiliating Naomi

Selena wears the black zipped catsuit, boots, gloves (underneath, bikini and shorts), hair starts in a ponytail. Rob wears all black with a ski mask. Naomi also wears a catsuit. 

Selena walks in to the room, having gotten a note to meet Naomi at 2pm, but the room’s empty. Naomi appears from around the corner and is about to sneak attack her, as she lunges at Selena, Rob appears and grabs her, holding her hands behind her back. Selena never turns around but flashes an evil smile before finally turning around to see Naomi caught by Rob. Selena asks her what she thinks she was trying to do. Naomi struggles to break free, looking down at the floor. Selena makes Naomi look at her by raising her head up with her finger on Naomi’s chin. Selena tells Naomi she has 2 choices, bow down now and acknowledge her as a goddess or be beaten into submission. Naomi says she’ll never bow down. Selena smirks and tells her she has all the power and money, she then tells Rob to let her go. Rob does so and Selena punches Naomi before beating her ruthlessly with kicks before she commands Rob to grab her again and Selena does a handstand headscissors, as we see her face talking even more trash while in the handstand. Rob claps at everything Selena does, always complimenting her. As Naomi is on the floor, helpless, Selena stands over her and laughs evil and arrogantly as Rob bows down to Selena. Selena asks Rob to help her unzip her catsuit, she’s wearing a bikini and some shorts underneath. She takes off the gloves too and the shoes. Selena brags about how she’s good at everything. Selena does the splits and asks Rob to grab Naomi again, who’s helpless. Rob does so and Selena stands deciding what to do with her, she viciously slaps her a couple times playfully. She tells Rob to put Naomi on her knees, he does so, as he still has her tied up. Selena tells Naomi to look at her. Naomi refuses. Selena looks down at her before kneeling down, grabbing Naomi’s face mocking, laughing and giggling before asking Rob what stretch she should do next. She stands up, thinks, then bends back into a backbend/bridge, as Naomi has to watch. Selena laughs, looking into the camera and continues to talk trash while in the bridge pose asking Naomi if she’s impressed with how flexible she is too. She then stands back up, let’s her hair down, and bends back into the backbend/bridge again this time facing Naomi and asks her how she should punish her next. Naomi starts crying as Selena continues to bully her even while in the pose. She demands Rob throw Naomi against the wall, he does so, as Naomi tells him he doesn’t have to do what Selena says. As Naomi is against the wall, Selena chokes her with her foot as Rob watches. Selena continues to tell Naomi she should’ve listened earlier. Naomi starts coughing and Selena does a handstand again, choking Naomi out even harder. She demands Naomi bow down. Naomi at first refuses and Selena looks at the camera while in the handstand and laughs, mocking Naomi’s struggles and telling us the viewers and also Naomi that all of this is hers, Rob is hers, she controls everything. Finally Naomi gives in, after a while, Selena comes out of the handstand and walks to the middle of the floor demanding Naomi to bow and become her servant, as Naomi can barely move. Naomi tells Selena she’ll never get away with and tries to punch at Selena but Rob once again grabs her before she can even touch Selena, Selena laughs and puts her hair back into a ponytail, and snaps her fingers as Rob makes Naomi down to her knees. Selena once again tells her to bow. Rob also tells her to bow to her goddess. Naomi finally does, Selena throws her head back in laughter as Naomi even compliments Selena over and over again. Selena just stands looking down at her, cocky before telling Rob to take her away, he does so as Naomi struggles.
