Selena can wear a sports bra or crop top with shorts (workout clothes) and sneakers (maybe something like she wears in "Hitting on Selena you can get your balls hurt", except with sneakers instead of heels) - hair starts in ponytail 

Selena is doing a handstand against the wall with ease looking at Lucas who finishes his count of 30 seconds, timing her for the workout.. she smirks at him the closer he gets to 30. He's a bit embarrassed and sad (he can be at count 20 when the video opens). She remarks how easy that was and taunts him for only being able to do it for 5 seconds. They walk to sit on the couch. She gets on her phone, texting - he tries flirting with her calling her gorgeous and that he’d do anything she wanted before asking if he could take her out on a date. She laughs, mocking him. She stands up and starts stretching, telling him he’ll never have a chance with her. She does the splits. Then stands back up and bends back into a backbend/bridge, facing him. We see her face upside down as they have a mini convo. He tells her if he can beat her, he gets to take her on a date. She laughs and then comes out of the bridge and agrees. He stands up and tries to punch her but she’s way too quick. For the next minute, it’s him trying to hit and punch her but keeps missing sadly. She’s way too arrogant throughout. He tries to kick her and she dodges by doing a flip (cartwheel or something else creative). She smirks at him and laughs, bullying him. Then she takes the fight to him. She kicks him in a low blow, where he drops to his knees. She mocks him asking if he’s bowing to her now. She turns as if she’s leaving as he’s on his knees then turns and kicks him over. She gets on the ground and slaps him mercilessly before scissoring him, looking down at him as he struggles and pitying him. She then stands up and turns to the camera, standing over him and laughs, taunting him to us the viewers. She then stands above him, putting her foot on his throat, now letting her hair down. He begs her to end this telling her he can’t beat her but she’s ruthless. She tells us to “watch this” as she lifts him up and throws him against the wall. She launches into a handstand choking him. He begs her to stop. We see her face upside down as she narrates to the camera that she can do whatever she wants. She also says she’s superior. Still in the handstand, she smiles and tells him he has no chance with her calling him pathetic. She holds it for a long time, finally asking him if he gives up and he does, calling her a goddess. She comes down from the handstand. He falls to his knees this time bowing to her. She laughs and snaps her fingers for him to follow her to the couch. He sits on the couch and she gets on his lap mocking him and giving him false hope before she slaps him and scissors him with her legs, hanging upside down off the couch laughing. When he srarted to loss his consciousness she stands up and sits back on the couch while as he is laying next to her. She thinks for a sec then snaps her fingers and he wakes up and bends before her as she uses his back as a footstool. She looks up at the ceiling then back to us with an evil smile.
