One actor : Rob as clones and Doctor H (without masks) and another guy for one fight only

I don't want to see punches or ballbusting in the video, but she can use a lot of kicks, knees, karate chops, and other movements against the guys. She must use also loud karate shouts like "KIA or HAA" when she fights or neck snap the guys.

The guy then tries to fight her with the blade but she is quicker than him and hits him in both sides of his head with her feet at the same time, 2 or 3 times making him drop the blade. She wakes up and waits for him to recover. He wakes up also and says that he does not need a blade due to the doctor introducing in his brain different karate styles so he can finish her with his bare hands.

She laughs and says " I really doubt it darling but let's prove your karate skills" and with that she fights with him with her hands tied behind. In some part of the fight she frees her hands and says "Now you will feel all the power of my karate skills" and attacks him with kicks and also neck chops asking him from while to while where Doctor H is hiding. 

The clone show his surprise that his karate is not working against her and she says "The big mistake is you need not only the knowledge but also the skills and the practice"

Now near the end she traps his neck in the air with her legs (see the first photo down) squeezing hard many times asking where the doctor is and saying that she starts to turn on with the fight, "You know feeling your neck between my thighs really makes me wet".
