I'd like to make a video similar to Agent Glenda rescues a hostage.

Glenda is wearing jeans and a ripped t-shirt that shows her belly button.

She's talking to a villain about freeing a hostage.

When Glenda approaches the villain, he punches her hard in the stomach, knocking Glenda down. I want her reaction to be realistic, with her coughing and showing that she's gasping for air. 

After several seconds, Glenda manages to get on all fours, which the villain uses to punch her in the ribs. Glenda screams in pain and begins to spit red liquid.

He lifts Glenda by the hair and punches her several times in the stomach, finally delivering a hard punch that makes Glenda fall, vomiting red liquid.

We see Glenda's abdomen covered in bruises. After several kicks to the stomach, the villain picks her up and handcuffs her to a pole (a scene similar to that in Titanic). He continues to destroy her stomach and ribs. He finally frees her and tells her she can go find her hostage.

But Glenda makes a mistake and tries to attack the man, but he manages to block her arm and punches her in the ribs. 

Glenda falls, filled with pain, and the villain leaves. Glenda wakes up, with her abdomen and ribs covered in bruises, holding her stomach with her hand while she tries to breathe.

I would like it to be as realistic as possible, so that it's clear that Glenda isn't a superhero and that those blows hurt a lot. I would also like many of those punches to the stomach and ribs to be shot with close-ups of Glenda's face, full of pain, and the villain's punch hitting Glenda's stomach and ribs.
