Meet Nicole! 

Nicole came to the gym with great enthusiasm to train. She asked Rob for training together but he responded with a frown, "Train with a girl? Why would I do that? Training is for real men!"

Nicole decided to prove him wrong. She showed him her fighting skills, using punches, kicks, mounted punches and other techniques. She brought him down on both shoulders, and when he gave up, she used him as a punching bag to continue practicing.
