Summary:
Once again we have superheroine sisters. (Naomi and Tiffany, Tiffany is the younger sister and Naomi is the older sister) The super sisters have come to hunt a villain in the woods. But they underestimate his strength, and they get beaten badly and brutally (and they also lose their boots and get their feet very dirty).
Scenario:
The super sisters come into the forest in their super suits. And the villain is already waiting for them right there. They're a little surprised that he's not hidden, but they get ready for battle anyway. However, once they start fighting, they find that the villain is much stronger than they expected, and their attacks do almost nothing to the villain. Tiffany tries to give the villain a stronger leg kick, but this allows him to intercept her kick and hit her leg. In addition, he pulls off one of her boots.
Seeing that her sister is in danger, Naomi tries to overpower the villain from behind. This makes him to let Tiffany go. But the villain is so strong that he hits Naomi with his elbow, hurting Naomi badly and she had  to let the villain go. The villain turns around and rolls Naomi to the ground, stomps her stomach and grabs her foot to pull off her boots (both sides).
Meanwhile, Tiffany has recovered from the blow, runs up and pushes the villain away from Naomi, and then helps Naomi get up and fight again. They decide to use a united technique to defeat the villain's brute strength. They did some tricks and pinned him to the ground, then simultaneously put 2 leg scissors on his neck. (Get a close up shot of their legs).
It almost works, the villain tries to get his legs off his neck but can't. But then he tries to kick the ankles of both supergirls. Since Tiffany's ankle has taken several hits and was injured earlier, she can't hold the blow for long and this makes her to let go. Then he manages to pull Naomi away.
They get up from the ground, Tiffany's ankle is injured, so she stands behind Naomi. The villain slowly walks on, the sisters back up until Tiffany crashes into a tree and has nowhere to retreat to. To protect Tiffany, Naomi steps forward and confronts the villain. But she doesn't stand a chance, the villain just swats her away like a fly. Naomi rolls on the ground and hits a tree, falling down.
The villain then pushes Tiffany's neck, pinning her against the tree. Tiffany twitches and can't break free from his grip (I want to see a lot of leg movements here, like kicking her legs in the air and trying to call her feet against the tree behind her). Soon she begins to lose consciousness, her movements diminish, and her eyes roll upward. However, Naomi manages to get up and wraps her arms around the villain's waist and pulls him away from Tiffany. Naomi tells Tiffany to run, she will meet her at the abandoned building they passed by. Tiffany simply runs away from the fight, leaving her sister alone against the enemy.
The camera follows Tiffany as she walks as fast as she can with her injured leg. And then, unfortunately, she is hit by a nail lying on a board on the ground, it sticks into her boot and injures her foot. But she doesn't have time to treat the injury, so she gets up and keeps running as best she can (but now both of her feet are injured, one with a broken ankle and the other with a nail injury, so it's very hard for her to walk).
Tiffany can barely walk when she gets to the abandoned building. She gets to the medicine they hid and takes off her boot to treat her wounds. There is so much red liquid in the boot that her tights are soaked dark red, she doesn't have time to clean it up, just pour water on her feet to get rid of the red liquid and then wrap a bandage around her feet. (Do not wear boots afterward).
Shortly after she has finished her treatment, she hears strong, heavy footsteps at the entrance. She hides behind the wall and sticks her head out to see who is coming. And sees that the villain is dragging Naomi in. Naomi is badly beaten up, with bruises and red liquid on her face, and her jumpsuit is damaged (there are rips on her stomach, back, and limbs) and has some red liquid on it. Her stomach is also bruised, as if she has been beaten many times. (Think back to movies where characters have been beaten up badly. Make it as brutal as you can imagine).
Tiffany is frightened by the horrible scene she saw, hides with her back to the wall, and cries quietly for her sister. The villain doesn't want to waste time looking for her, so instead he yells that he'll beat Naomi if Tiffany doesn't show up. He then rolls Naomi to the ground, steps on one of her feet and pulls the other up, spreading her legs apart. At first Naomi does not react because she can't feel anything, but soon the pain awakens her and she begins to cry out in pain.

Tiffany covers her ears with her hands, trying not to listen. But when Naomi cries out in more pain and starts screaming for help, she can't just sit still. She gets up, walks out and tells the villain to stop beating her sister. Seeing that Tiffany is out, the villain lets Naomi go and walks over to Tiffany. Tiffany decides to fight the villain alone though.
Another brutal fight between Tiffany and the villain (I'll leave the details up to you so there's something to be surprised about when watching, just some key points:
1. Get as much leg in the camera as possible.
2. use her wounds, e.g. he sticks his finger into her wound to get more red liquid on her bandage and legs. Remove the bandage during the fight.
3. Have Tiffany be more resilient and determined so that she recovers from the hard blow and continues to fight to the end.
4. The villain uses different techniques to defeat her. Any that seem cool to you. For example, climbing up.
After a brutal fight, Tiffany can't get up anymore. She slides down to Naomi on the floor. And Naomi reaches out to her. Holding hands, they draw strength from each other and get back on their feet for their final fight. They give it their all, but the villain is so strong that he just throws Naomi and Tiffany off and beats them brutally, eventually he knocks them both down and they can't get up again. Then he stomps on Naomi's chest and pushes Tiffany against the wall. (Eventually, he drops Tiffany's body next to a moveless Naomi, they are still holding each other's hands, but already destroyed. The camera circles around their moveless bodies, takes a few more shots at their feet, and ends.
