The blows are mainly to the stomach, the upper abdomen.

The important thing (I beg to differ)! The reactions and sounds when she hits her stomach are strong and emotional, but the girl is not screaming or moaning, she is making heavy throaty and grunting sounds (groans). The most important thing is the sounds, accordingly, if the retracted belly strongly hinders the making of sounds, then we retract it not strongly or not at all.

She opens her mouth, does not close her eyes (if only briefly to express pain), sometimes tilts her head back a bit (but not too much), reacts emotionally and strongly, her neck, veins in her neck and collarbones are tense, she is almost red, not enough air, her body is not completely still and can react painfully to blows, shudder, etc.

Sounds at blows are heavy throaty, as if she is being crushed and being run over by a car on her stomach, but she is conscious (not moaning and just screaming), the sounds are as if on held breath.

VIDEO STRUCTURE. BASIC POSITIONS before a punch, a series of punches. Timing:

1) 8 minutes - some fist punches in the beginning and most of the bat to the stomach in standing position with her hands behind her head (body can play and move freely).
