A really nice lesson from Carol in self defense wearing a leotard and super sexy pantyhose.

She is a karate expert and they are recording a self-defense lesson for women who don't want to be passive in the face of aggression. Rob is her assistant. In the beginning the video features some aggression situations and Carol shows what moves she will perform, after the explanation she shows the action at natural speed. Carol's opponent is a large man but Carol explains that it's important to focus on your opponent's weaknesses and use them as an advantage. Carol's skill is remarkable and the ease she puts her assistant Rob on the ground is evident. In the second part of the video the demonstration part ends and Carol continues to show various techniques to submit men: Despite all of Rob's efforts, Carol continues to put him on the ground and submit him with great ease until practically knocking him out.
