SpiderMan came to Catwoman's lair in order to stop her robberies and make her to leave the city. He was sure he could handle her easily, because she was just a woman, even though she was a Cat. However, SpiderMan clearly overestimated his fighting skills. Catwoman Nicole quickly put him on his shoulder blades, showing him his true place - at her feet. After all, women are much stronger and smarter than men, and they can easily outwit their inflated Egos.
