Bat Lora ENTERS in her purple full length bat suit with her red wig and face disguised with her cowl. Bat Lora scans the room and calls out for her enemy.

BAT LORA

Come out, come out whereever you are, Black Cat.

Black Cat ENTERS dressed in her cowl and black catsuit.

BLACK CAT

I’m right here.

Black cat surprises Bat Lora and kicks her from behind. Bat Lora falls to the ground and rolls over dazed. Black Cat gets on top of Bat Lora and starts to remove her mask.

BLACK CAT (CONT’D)

I always like to take a souvenir from my victims.

Bat Lora slowly recovers before Black Cat can take Bat Lora’s mask. Bat Lora smiles. Bat Lora gets up and faces Black Cat with her fighting stance.

BAT LORA

You won’t be taking anything from me as I am not, nor will I be, your victim.

Bat Lora rushes Black Cat with a vengeful look in her eyes. Bat Lora surprises Black Cat with a kick and several punches. Bat Lora finally pushes Black Cat to the ground and jumps on top of Black Cat punching her in the face several times.

BAT LORA (CONT’D)

Now I will turn you in to the authorities to get the justice you deserve. But first, I will take a souvenir from you.

Bat Lora removes Black Cat’s cowl and puts it by her side. Bat Lora recognizes her.

BAT LORA (CONT’D)

Selina Kyle? I’m not surprised.

Bat Lora then smirks and turns her back to Black Cat proudly. Bat Lora produces a cell phone.

BAT LORA (CONT’D)

Now it’s time to call my father.

Bat Lora starts to dial as Black Cat awakens, puts her cowl back on and arises behind Bat Lora. Black Cat takes Bat Lora’s cape off surprising Bat Lora who spins around.

BAT LORA (CONT’D)

What? How?

BLACK CAT

Did you say daddy?

Bat Lora is stunned, furious and frustrated. They fight again. After a fierce battle, Black Cat pushes Bat Lora back and produces what looks like a perfume vial and sprays it at Bat Lora who gets woozy and falls to the ground.

FADE TO:

INT. BLACK CAT’S LAIR - NIGHT

Bat Lora is waking only to find herself tied to a chair. Black Cat paces back and forth.

BLACK CAT

Now I take the best souvenir, you’re identity.

BAT LORA

You’re evil!

Bat Lora struggles as Black Cat slowly removes Bat Lora’s mask and wig revealing her blonde hair and true identity.

BLACK CAT

Barbara Gordon? The police commissioner's daughter?

Bat Lora is looking annoyed at her defeat.

BLACK CAT (CONT’D)

Now I shall punish you.

Black cat hits Bat Lora incessantly.

BAT LORA

Are you happy now? The commissioner and the police are coming to get you!

BLACK CAT

I don’t think so. They’ll come here and maybe find your body buried outside while I am in hiding, overseas.

BAT LORA

I don’t think so!

Bat Lora releases herself from her binds and fights with Black Cat.

BAT LORA (CONT’D)

Who’s going to be buried outside now?

BLACK CAT

How did you release yourself?

Bat Lora smiles confidently.

BAT LORA

I still have tricks up my sleeve.

Bat Lora Gestures her finger at Black Cat inviting Black Cat to engage in a fight again. They both fight more, Lora is face down for a moment while Black Cat produces her baseball bat. Bat Lora recovers slowly.

Black Cat starts hitting Bat Lora on her body and face.

BAT LORA (CONT’D)

Why?

BLACK CAT

Because you want to arrest me. You took my mask! That’s not going to happen!

Black Cat brutalizes Bat Lora with the bat. Bat Lora rolls over again and starts to secretly reach for a tool from her utility belt. Black Cat removes the belt from

Bat Lora.

BLACK CAT (CONT’D)

Now this is mine too!

BAT LORA

You have my identity and my cape and belt too. If you let me go I promise you I will never be Bat Lora again.

Black Cat smiles definitely at Bat Lora.

BLACK CAT

Not good enough!

Black Cat kicks Bat Lora sending her rolling her across the floor. Bat Lora gets her energy back and kicks Black Cat in the face sending Black Cat reeling back. Bat Lora gets up and stands over Black Cat.

BAT LORA

Now who’s going to buried today?

BLACK CAT

(angry)

Who’s evil now vigilante!?

BAT LORA

I’m the Dark Dame, what did you expect?

Bat Lora fights Black Cat almost defeating her. Black Cat falls to the ground.

BAT LORA (CONT’D)

Now it’s time to destroy you!

Black Cat kicks Bat Lora and gets back up. They both take their fighting stances. They fight. Bat Lora ultimately loses the battle and falls down again. Black Cat picks up the baseball bat again and starts beating Bat Lora again. Bat Lora is bruised. Black Cat grabs Bat Lora by the neck and punch her face. She is out.

BLACK CAT

Now it’s time to take my last souvenir.

Black Cat strips Bat Lora down her costume off and reveals a black leotard underneath. Bat Lora wakes slowly and puts her back up against the wall.

BAT LORA

What now?

BLACK CAT

Now I bury you!

BAT LORA

You know I’ll escape.

BLACK CAT
