Rob has never accepted defeat against Tiffany and he continues to train hard, occasionally going to Tiffany and challenging her, but he continues to suffer defeat after defeat, each one more humiliating.

The video begins with Tiffany and Rob armwrestling. Tiffany dominates easily the challenge.

Rob wants to try out more feats of strength; he won't accept the physical superiority of women.

Then Rob proposes a different challenge: the abs punches. He’s sure she can’t resist to his strength. Tiffany dominates still this challenge.

She puts her foot on his neck. Rob tries to break free, but Tiffany holds him down until he begs for mercy. Then she frees him, helps him up, and kicks him in the ass to make him go away. He starts to walk away slowly, so she kicks his ass again and orders him not to come back.

….. THREE MONTHS LATER

Rob enters with another man while Tiffany is warming up. Rob introduces him. He's the state karate champion and he’s here to give her (finally) the lesson she deserves. Tiffany smiles, interesting situation. She jokes with him.

Instead of being afraid, Tiffany comments: ok, I’ll fight with you, I hope you can resist more than him.

The champion laughs. Hahaha, I can beat you with one hand, I don’t need any advantage. All right, then let's start. The champion: Rob, I'll show you how to put a little girl in her place.

The challenge begins immediately, and Tiffany quickly takes over. The man is an athlete and always gets up quickly. After a few knockdowns, she has her arms folded looking at the champion who is getting up, she glances to Rob, and then turns back to the champion and says: "Would you like to fight together? Maybe two against one it would be more interesting..."

The champion insults her: "I don't need any help to destroy a little girl; you've just been lucky. I didn’t use my top level until now. Let's see how you handle if I fight at my highest level."

The fight resumes and it's again a total domination.

The fight continues until Tiffany turns to Rob and announces: "It's time to put your champion to sleep." She charges up and with a powerful flying kick, she literally sends him flying away, knocking him completely out.

Tiffany looks at Rob: "Come on, grab your friend and go away, I’m really tired of you." Then, as he helps the champion up and supports him on the way out, Tiffany again kicks them in the ass.

…… NINE MONTHS LATER

Rob enters into the gym with two men: the national champion like the last time, who also wants to enjoy the male’s revenge, and the reigning world karate champion.

In their opinion, Being the world champion, no one can resist him, and finally the two humiliated men can savor Tiffany's defeat.

The world champion can’t understand how they couldn't beat a little girl, but the national champion advices him to be careful with her and to not underestimate her, because despite the appearances, she's really fast and skill.

The match starts, the world champion makes his attempts, but his strikes are blocked or avoided, while Tiffany consistently scores, starting to take him down repeatedly forcing him to a pair of desperate taps out.

After a while the man needs to regain energies and Tiffany staying in front of him with the arm folded: By the way, do you want an advantage? It could make the challenge more interesting. The champion doesn't accept and he reaffirms that he's the world champion and a little girl certainly won't knock him out. Tiffany: Ok, we’ll continue but If you're the world champion, show me what you're capable of or your belt will be mine. The champion attacks ferociously, but Tiffany easily dominates the match. It's clear she's totally superior, but the champion keeps getting back up, convinced he can turn the match, despite Tiffany having already forced him to surrender several times. 

Tiffany continues to technically humiliate the champion, adding a few holds, until she decides to knock him out with a lethal scissor hold. The champion feels he's close to the end and begs for help from his teammates. They intervene, but they can't do anything because Tiffany's hold can't be broken. The world champion is literally knocked out. Rob can’t believe it. How is it possible that a small girl could easily knock out the world champion?

The national champion, however, refuses this end and he convinces Rob that if they fight together, they can beat her, but Tiffany continues to dominate.

After a spectacular hold, they need a little of rest. Meanwhile Tiffany approaches the champion and wakes him up, as soon as he recovers, she says: hey champ, your friends are fighting for you, I see they're a little struggling... wouldn't it be time for you to get up and come give them a help? Maybe three of you can compete against little girl. Now there are three of them and they want revenge at all costs Tiffany's dominance is complete:
