Script 

You are preparing for a tittle mma fight 

And you found a volunteer to practice as a dummy 

As soon as the the practice partner you orders comes in you grab him by the hair and bring him in the room then you keep holding hes hair and you turn around with a massive #1 punch style and he falls to the ground 

Then you jump on him and start punching #3 style like 15 times 

Then you # 4 style him and insult him between ever 3 punches 

Then you switch hands and you #5 style him 

Then you get him up and start beating hes face in , 

Then he manages you hit you 1 time and that where you get angry 

And you # 1 style him and he falls on the sofa and you mount him and use all style him 

Then you trow him to the floor put you foot on hes neck and talk trash 

Then you mount him for 

A heavy ground and pound session 

i wanna see some aggressive and body motion punches rotate your shoulder for those to punch with your first very heavy punch’s and make aggressive sounds 

And to finish him some close up angle punchs where you hold you weight on you hand next to hes head while you punch him like 30 times super fast with you right fist to knock him out then you tell him what a useless practice partner he was and you aim hes face one last time for a really hard pull back punch to end the video
