Part I

Lora just finished taking on her Supergirl costume. She looks at herself admiring her look. She does movements related to putting in value her midsection and abdominals in front of a mirror. Camera takes her reflection on the mirror, occasionally zooming to her stomach. Then she comes in to the room but the Villain sneaks to her home and cast an enchantment on Lora which makes her helpless and deprives her a possibility to use her superpowers. She pushes the Villain aside, but the enchantment makes her dizzy and weak, and she has to lie on the wall. She learned to use her powers in the world of humans but she wasn't ready to encounter the world of magic.

The Villain approaches and delivers a sucker punch in her stomach, making Lora double and fall on her knees. Lora looks stunned and winded. She is surprised, as she is used to be much more resistant than that. The Villain lifts her up and pushed her against the wall.

He says “So now you can’t flex your abdominals, right?”

Lora replies “What did you do to me?”

The Villain delivers another powerful punch into Lora’s stomach. She gasps and freezes up, eyes round with astonishment, unable to breathe in or out.

The Villain teases her “That was easy…!”

Lora protests “I can’t… breathe…!”

The Villain holds her arms up above her head and starts to punch her repeatedly, leaving her fist inside her every time. Lora grunts and her head lolls to the sides, unable to escape the grip.

Lora pleads “stop… punching… my stomach…”

But the Villain continues the punching, until Lora’s legs start yielding.

He stops and asks “are you OK?”

She says “my… stomach…”

He punches her with all his power and she slides down to the floor, completely winded.

Part 2

Camera fades in on Lora. She is secured, back against the wall, hands tied sideways or over her head. She tries to break free, but realizes she is still under the effect of the enchantment. The Villain holds his hand on Lora’s belly, teasing her. Lora realizes it’s going to be bad, and gathers back some air to ask “you coward… You will regret about this”.

The Villain doesn’t care “Really? You have to recover first… Where is the crystal? Why it doesn't help you?”.

And he starts to punch her hard, aiming viciously to the upper stomach, right under the ribcage. The punches are aimed to the solar plexus, visibly penetrating Lora’s abdomen about 1 cm. Camera zooms on Lora’s midsection and face. Lora is a pro, and she absorbs the punches, trying to keep on top of it. She doesn’t complain or whine, she only winces and grunts, trying to keep some oxygen inside her. But Lora’s resistance is gradually worn out, and the punches enter deeper and deeper. The continuous beating forces her grunts to slowly become longer and softer, revealing exhaustion. The Villain teases her: “so now you really feel my punches, right?”. And he keeps punching her in the upper stomach. Camera zooms on Lora’s face, gradually losing consciousness “My… stomach…”. Lora loses her breath, producing short hiccups and sighs, and finally slumps.

Part 3

Camera fades in on an exhausted Lora on a bed, hands tied over her head.

The Villain touches Lora’s belly, making a comment about how strong she is. Lora tries to escape, but she can’t break loose. “Let me go… I won’t do anything to you”. The Villain laughs. “Not yet”. And he resumes drilling punches into Lora’s solar plexus. Lora shudders at each impact, her body twisting instinctively, as she has no more abdominal resistance. “Not in the stomach again…”. The punching is continuous, almost with no pause. The beating rapidly takes the rest of her of Lora’s breath away, and she can only puff and gasp, losing and trying to recover her oxygen.

The Villain stops for a second. Lora is seriously winded and in pain “Stop… my stomach…”.

The Villain laughs and replies “I love punching you in the pit of the stomach”. He resumes and steps up the pace of the punching. Lora’s head lolls from one side to the other, her eyes lost, and her body caving in at the punches. The camera goes from Lora’s midsection to Lora’s face, taking from above, below and from the sides.

Finally Lora is almost out, but the Villain continues. She only shakes, eyes semi-shut, opening her mouth for air, in silence, as the Villain continues the punches.

The camera closes on Lora’s stomach, then on Laura’s face, and then fades out on the Villain continuously punching her....

Who will save Lora from this situation?
